Items not paid for within 2 days, unless otherwise agreed upon, will be voided.
No cancellation or refund is allowed once payment is made.
All spree orders will take approx. 3 to 5 weeks to arrive, in some cases, 7 to 10 weeks.
If you are not comfortable on the waiting time, kindly refer to our in-stock items instead.
We will inform you ASAP if there are any unforeseen circumstances that will result in a longer waiting time.
Shipment arrival/delayed status will be updated accordingly at Spree Status.
All items available for sale are brand new/imported. Therefore we will not be liable for any damage occurred after items are mailed out.
We are also not responsible for any items that are lost in transaction, it is always advisable to opt for Registered Postage.
All sizes and measurements are posted on the website, please see carefully before ordering.
Please allow some discrepancies in size (2-3cm) & color (may slightly differ due to different monitor resolution and brightness).
In the case of item being out of stock, payments will be refunded in full to customer.
No Discount or negotiation is allowed.
We have the right to cancel the spree if response is low (refunds will be made).
